Proper gear is encouraged for practice.  Players must have proper cleats, which inlcude rugby cleats or soccer cleats. Football cleats must have toe cleats removed.  Scrum caps, and mouthguards are highly encouraged but not required.  Shoulderpads are oprtional as well.   Rugby shorts are strongly encouraged and will save money in buying new shorts when they get ripped!!
